I feel GOOD!
Man, I feel good as hell! It is great to see all of the endeavors that we are individually facing and conquering. I speak only for myself, but I feel like I know each and everyone of ya'll. I got so excited when I saw Ken in the "transformation of the week" I was so proud and I showed all my Soldiers and told them that we were completing against each other, but comrades. I missed so of the other accomplishments of my 2009 team. If you see this post, please list some of your accomplishments. I want to know something about everyone that finished this thing. Winning is great, but the experience and the cofidence this opportunity has given me has been priceless. In my after shots, I could not believe this was me! Taking bits of advice from everyone helped me achieve the look I was looking for. I now believe in me and I am going to get ready to try and compete. I know I have alot of work to do, but I can do it! You all have shown me that I can...I can tell you one thing for sure: who ever wins really deserve it! I mean thatfrom my soul. I was amazed at alot of the transformations. It showed me that the old saying is true: there is someone, somewhere working just as hard or harder than you, so if you want to beat them, you have to work twice as hard and longer. That someone is not just going to hand you a victory, you must have the heart to earn it. Thank you all for the great motivation and experience. TeamFace, out!

I just had to say this: Thank you HATERS! I want to commend you on a job well done. The crap you talk about MT helped introduce me to HALO, Halo has helped me tremendously in my transformation. Keep hating on MT, it is your job....the more you hate, the more MT will be successful. I am an average joe turned G.I. Joe! MT supplement work! So continue to do your job. So I've been using Nano Vapor the past month, i didn't get a chance to use it during the competition, and let me say that stuff is like drinking pure INTENSITY! lol, I'm a madman in the gym while drinking it, i don't want to leave even when my workout is over. If you haven't tried it get some, the berry is delicious.
I also score a bunch of myoshock samples at the ARNOLD and that stuff will give you a good edge in the gym also, on deadlift days, i use both! tomorrow is deadlift day! I'm already gettin amped! you guys have the same reponse?

You are such a true TEAM player, I know with what you are doing you have to, but not everyone is, lots of people on this earth can not be happy for others, rather only for them selfs, you are a rare bread and that is what will get you all the way of where ever you want to go, tell your comrads Hi from me, and give them ALL a VERY strong hand shake, thus it is you guy's who allows us to have what we have. And people who hate what you guy's do, are the chickens who can not lay any eggs, but scream out loud. Again thank you for beeing you, and you are an awsome person.

show went great, I placed 6th for this show...I wasn't mad with the decision...the line up according to everyone including the judges was a national level line-up...I weighed in at 207lbs giving away 15 to 18lbs to all my competitor...I was tittering between a light-heavy and heavy...decided to just get diced as possible and land where I land, I actually didn't know what I weighed until I stepped on the scale at the show. everyone agreed that I was by far the best conditioned out of the 175 competitors so I did the best with what I had. nay sayers said I wouldn't be able to put on 15lbs of quality mass from nov 08 to june 6...I proved them wrong by putting on 18lbs of quality mass. now they say I can't put on 10 to 15lbs by november, let me tell you, they're in for a surprise...I live off of people who doubt me...I have been consuming 6,400cal per day split into 800cal per meal, 8 times a day. my macro percentage is: 35% carbs, 50%protein, 15%fat compared to my 4,800 cal the last time I bulked...

thanks for the compliment...I knew walking into this contest that I couldn't worry about putting on any mass because you really can't cut hard and gain mass at the same time so my main goal was just to get shredded out of my mind...the day of the show, my friends that came to see me didn't recognize me until they were up close to my face or they recognized my hair and tatoos...my eye socket was protruding...hahaha

Nano Vapor is my favorite MuscleTech product, stuff works. I think they have every type of creatine tossed in too. lol. Good stuff though.
