That would be a full body workout, not split, that involves your basic compound exercises, like squats, deadlifts, and benchpresses. I only workout at my house, and only own dumbells, at different sizes. I also incorporate pullups, pushups, an ab workout, and various other exercises that total my workout to about an hour. I do this everyother day. My diet includes natural peanut butter, tuna, protein cereal, protein bread, fruits, the occasional salad, almonds, turkey, and the occasional ice cream, oreo, or cake.

IMO his shoulders are his more dominant body parts. he needs to work on bringing up his traps though.

ur shoulders look fine... idk what this dudes talking about...
keep doing what your doing lift the weights hard and eat enough... uve only been lifting for 8 weeks thats really not enough to see results..
stick to bulking for a year and youll see urself explode.
keep trying to up your DL BP and most importantly Squat numbers
u need to gain around 50 lbs if not more

Narrow clavicles result in arms & shoulders overpowering the chest. Chest should be his main priority in this shot, and traps could use some work too.
