Remind me to never use these morons for my BB.com shipments anymore. A company that is sole responsibility is getting a package from point A to point B should NOT NOT NOT be losing people's **** or sending it to the wrong place. They sent my **** to Guam....GUAM.

Comments: Okay, why is this package taking nearly two weeks to deliver? The original estimated delivery date was on the 18th of June and now when I check MyFedex it has been changed to Jun 23 when the package is at the Honolulu location right now?! Tell me that is a joke because it is unacceptable. You guys are supposed to be faster than USPS and normally you are, but this package is taking too long to get to my house and somehow managed to spend nearly three days in the air between Sacramento and Honolulu? If it's in Hawaii right now I should NOT have to wait until Tuesday for it to be delivered to my house. The location is 7 miles from my house...7 miles
