tennis elbow :(

Can anyone give any advice on tennis elbow/tendinitis. When it first came up it was pretty painful to grip dumbells and such. I've since worn a forearm brace and it has helped, but the pain is still dull with a slight burning. Wondered if there is anything else I can try.

Run out and get yourself some neoprene elbow sleeves. Wear them from warm ups through your upper body training. I had the problem years ago, but have found when I get the pain, a week in the sleeves, and my elbows are back to normal. I know many guys who won't workout with elbow (upper body days) or knee (lower body days) sleeves.

I always wondered about the sleeves. I think I'll try that and see how it helps. Thanks
