Back Online again

Hi guys,

I'm back online again after having to rush home for family reasons.
All is well now and I'm happy to report that I kept working out over there and I still havn't touched a cigarette.

I currrently weight in at 89kg, thats a 16kg increase since the 5th January 2009.

Bodyfat is around 15 - 20%

Anyway I'm slowing getting back to the kiwi way of life and I'll start up my training diary again real soon.

16kg in total since the 5th Jan 09
