a 3 year difference between these pics- the 1st is from 2006 and the other one is from a few days back- wasn't skinny back then but- diet nd that wasn't the best at time!

I gained weight didn't lose any. I've been eating a bunch of sandwiches with different meats and peanut butter ect, shakes, whole wheat foods ect.

17 HD effect! from skinny to bigger in 1.5 months
the following pictures are of me. They show a progression from lean slow twitch fibers and definition to more size and bulk all around. this progression is a 20 lb increase in just 1.5 months on 17 HD. I am a hardgainer and i have never had anything work for me like this stuff. my pumps stay much longer and the gains i have keep getting better and better.

05-05-09/ 160 lbs
05-15-09/ 167 lbs
05-25-09/ 173 lbs
06-10-09/ 179 lbs
06-17-09/ 183 lbs

Second i would say that gaining 20+ lbs in almost two months is pretty good.
