exercise ball

Hey guys, i just got me a exercise ball and im doing my pecs on them, cause i dont have a gym nor a bench so i saw this work out in the august issue in Muscle and Fitness and its pretty cool i just got done with 2 sets of 20, I wondering if there are more workouts i could do on it!

There are a lot more excercises you can do. Try out google...but be careful. A lot of people don't like the balance balls (myself included) because of the ease of injury. It's difficult to keep balance when using more than your own bodyweight.

Exercise balls are the current fab and arent that great IMO. If thats all you have id just use it for abs and maybe some shoulder/elevated pushups. Do regular pushups/weighted pushups for your chest or use a basketball/medicine ball and throw some uneven plane into it. - Good luck man!
