Lightbulb I hope I'm doing this right....

I model, and I am slimming down so more modeling opportunities (that I find ideal) will open up for me, Now don't get me wrong, I'm also slimming down for my own personal desire, but modeling does play a part in it.

I've lost over 15 lbs Since I barely eat meat any longer and don't have to deal with the steroids and hormones put in meat. (sad but true) so I'm getting leaner and eat mostly veggies, fruits, whole wheat bread(not sure if I should stop), TONS of water & green tea and lots of eggs, that's typically my meal plan.

I'm sure some should feel that I should add more foods to it, what do you recommend?

I'm open for new foods, that won't start bad cravings for sugar or salt. And I'm DEATHLY allergic to many if not all salt water fish, salmon, tuna, etc
So any nutrition tips sounds great, now onto workouts!

I've never lost so much weight before, so my body could use some toning, the legs always have and always will be fine, since I jog often and constantly walk in 5 inch heels.
But the tummy, and chest need some help.
My breasts got MUCH smaller but they're still bigger than your average lady
Oh well
and my abs are considerably flat but they need definition and that is where yoga & pilates comes in.
I do not desire a muscular build, as I do not do fitness modeling...yet

The gym is not an option, due to finances and me not knowing where the closest one is.
So I figured I could do my cardio and then do some yoga or pilates to tone up.

I'm no physical trainer but I think I have a good idea of what will help me, any strength training/toning tips I could do at home?

Also is cardio my main source for weight loss?
I know some people feel I don't need to lose more weight but I feel that decision is up to me so only helpful tips please, btw my current photos online as of 6/18/2009 are about a month old and I've lost the 15 lbs since them, so there's just more definition in my face, and everything is slimmer (no I don't want to be skinny)

Thank you all I hope I covered most if not all the neg responses as well as gave enough info

If you want to put a halt to the jiggle you'll need to develop muscle tone and that means lifting weights. I'd stick to compound exercises - check out the exercises section of this site and use the search engine.

As for your diet, it looks ok...if you're not losing fat I'd slowly cut out the bread. There are many more structured meal plans out there but overhauling your entire diet at once might be counter-productive so I'd just take it slowly at this point. There's lot of articles on this site to help you.
