I eat 2 blueberry poptarts with 1 Tbs of butter melted on. Sometimes if i have time ill cook sausage paties and put them in between the poptarts and have a poptartwhich.

my early breakfast I do a shake with a cup whole milk, 1 cup steel cut oats, 2 scoops protein, and a banana. thats usually around 0500 then around 0800 or so I have 2 whole eggs 6 egg whites, 4 pieces whole wheat toast, and a glass OJ

That's one way to get things moving!
Also, I can't get over how many people eat a whole egg and then 4 whites. It's such a waste. Just have 1 whole egg and make a protein shake. The eggs will last longer!

1 cup oats (dry measured) 1 1/2 cup skim milk
3 egg whites, 1 whole egg and low sodium turkey
all mixed together w some pepper
or
cup of go lean cereal, just enough skim milk
3 egg white and low sodium turkey omelet
or (when i need a lil somethin somethin)
2 oatmeal pancakes (use 1/2 oatmeal pancake mix, add extra oatmeal, 1/2 the oil)
1 banana
and of course 3 egg white omelet.
I believe varitey is the key, if your like me this isnt to just a diet its a lifestyle and i plan on keeping it that way. unless you just love it eating the same thing everyday gets old, but that doesnt mean you cant be healthy. Always get my eggs tho!

So many eggs in everyone's brekkie. Mine is usually:
bowl of Uncle Toby's instant oats (90g) with a cup of skim milk or 5 weetbix with a cup of skim milk
then a nice, big bowl of salad with a handful (25g around) mixed nuts (peanuts, almond, walnut, cashews), and 180-200g of meat (tuna, beef, chicken or other meats)
Oh yeah and a glass of lite 1.2% milk and 2-3 pieces of fruit (just try and have fruit adding up about the size of 2 medium apples)

3 Eggs + 3 Egg Whites + 3 oz boars head lean corn beef (omelet style no oil or butter)
1/4c Peanuts
1 Medium Apple
3-5 cups of water
This meal has around 600 total calories, 53g of protein from an array of sources, fiber and healthy fat from the peanuts, and fiber and simple carbs from the apple. I love it.

when use take your eggs do use just put all of them in a glass and drink them, i tried this and it was nasty any tips?
everyone is having oats, my question is why?

I make an egg sandwich with 2 pieces of whole wheat toast, 2 egg whites and 1 whole egg. I just put the eggs on the hibachi grill, season to taste and viola breakfast is served.
I'm sure there are a lot of other ways you can do it. I used to just make scrambled eggs with the egg whites and 1 whole egg. That worked well too. But for me, the egg sandwich definitely works better. I hate scrambled eggs. LOL
