Alcohol & Body Fat
Since I've gotten my body fat percentage down, it seems like I can't hold my alcohol as well. Is this real or is it my imaginition?

are you eating less than you used to in order to keep your weight down? empty stomach + booz is radically different than full stomach + booz.

If you drank less alcohol to achieve getting less body fat then it seems like a very real possibility.

muscle soaks up alcohol better than fat...so the more muscle mass you have the longer it takes for you to get drunk. just losing overall bodymass including muscle and fat will make you less tolerant to booz though.

Absolutely.
I abstain from alcohol now, but a couple Sundays ago I drank 3 pints and was mashed!

Very true.
Additionally, since you are on a 'diet' chances are you eat less than you once used to. The effects of the of alcohol you drink can be prolonged by eating food. Food in the stomach closes some stomach valve which temporary stops the processing of the alcohol (thus taking LONGER to get druink). If you're eating less now, you might not have that in your favor anymore.
Might need to retire the beer bong.

When I say "hold my alcohol" what I mean to say is, it seems like I'm getting drunk easier.
What I don't understand is, if alcohol is absorbed by the muscle faster than by body fat, why do I feel like I'm getting drunker faster?

huh?
being drunk is a factor of alcohol to blood. I'm not positive, but fat loss should equate to less blood in the system = getting drunker easier. I tried searching to see if quantity of blood was dependant on body frame or dependant on total weight, no luck though.
at least it's cheaper to get drunk now.

It could be possible. As I've gotten better, I've gotten drunker faster...

110% i bet, remember muscle is like a sponge, when you lift you squeeze all the water out. this means you can replace that water with all the alcohol you drank...
wait what?
