Well if the Hydroxycut contest is any indicator, then they will be taking their time, or waiting till the last minute to judge. They still haven't decided that contest, and it's weeks after the scheduled announcement date!

Maybe not yet but last year they annouced they had picked the winners and that the winners had been sworn to secretcy until the annoucement. Sorry about my (SP).

i was wondering about that myself, i wasnt giving up hope..lol.. until 3 days or so out, i figured they would have everything ready to roll out by then

Hopefully they don't take as long for the results of this contest. I'm pretty excited to see who they end up recognizing. Would be nice if the results came with explanations too! I am still just so amazed, excited, and proud of any and all who finished up. It wasn't an easy thing to do. I don't care who you are or what your situation was, it took determination and hard work. Hope you all are still doing well! I try to check on you all bodyspace pages here and there to see how you are doing. Not everyone updates though.

I've got a diet plan that seems to be working now. Metabolism is ramped back up. Started a new workout as well. I have high hopes to get more of this weight off.

I have a question, if I recall proper I know on that contest, it stated you HAVE to put your SA and at least a link to your pic. and I only counted a few who did that?!

Not really man. I'm not gonna be surprised at all. Too many good transformations to call it in the first place. I only said little predictions just off my own personal opinion. Not based on any criteria they probably start with and all. Plus they know what they are looking for I take it you must know? Too bad you can't share it.

As I said in a prior message everyone who finished worked their arses off!

(A) The winner and runners up already know they won.
(B) From what rescue said (saying he knows the winners). I bet they will be sending the release forms out this week since they will need to be signed and returned by June 25th.
(C) They haven't told anyone and the winner will be notified day of June 25th at the original Second Annual MT Contest thread.

Well, to whomever is the winner, you earned it! Wish you could share it with us now, but I understand. I just hope a few from the actual thread placed! I feel as though I have a bigger stake in that. Just from the camaraderie that we all shared in our posts. I miss hitting the thread to see all the new posts for the day.

Sure have. I was at 239 glycogen depleted for the most part by contest end. I was at 242 stalled out but much more glycogen for about a month. I am down to 238 as of yesterday and not glycogen depleted at all Thanks for asking. I feel great.

Good news man. I'm sure after you bust off another 10 pounds you will feel even greater! I look forward to seeing the end results. What's your final weight that you would like to be at?

As for me I'm finally REALLY back at it, at least I haven't cheated YET, lol. I hope to stay strong until July with my diet. We shall see. I'm using different methods and not using a scale. I feel the scale is a bring me down tool sometimes if I don't see instant results.

Blahhh. Let me know what your game plan is. I know you have gone over it before but it slips my mind right now.

hey guys just checkin in, i havnt been dieting lately more focused on getting my strength up. My bench and deadlift have been skyrocketing lately, I go to vegas in august so starting in july i will diet down some. Almost time to announce winners!!

Stay strong man. Only use the tools that boost you. If the scale does that to you STAY OFF! I have to watch obsessing over the scale too. Which is why I try not to mess with it and really care what it says until 4-7 days have passed. Prolly be smarter if I only weighed once a week period.

I'd think I could really rather good at around 217. Then go from there. What I would like is to reach 6% bodyfat and just maintain. Maybe very slowly build muscle from there. My diet is simple and clean. With more protein which gives me more calories. I was too low before. Workouts are even more hardcore! I only thought I worked hard before Had to fix things. I was changing stuff but I think not radically enough to keep my body guessing.
