Question CKD...after carb refeeds/still in ketosis

I'm prepping for my first competition in August and I've been doing a cyclical keto diet where in the week my diet is 150g pro/30g carbs/75 fat and on Sunday, I do a carb refeed to keep my metabolism going and to refill my glycogen levels. I've been doing around 400-500g carbs and keeping the fat VERY minimal (<10%) on those days (and its mostly fish oil). I split the carbs up over the course of the day and I'm done by 7pm and just have a meal with protein and vegetables for my last meal.
Yesterday as I was in the middle of doing the carb refeed, (I had already eaten around 200g carbohydrates), out of curiosity I checked my ketone levels with ketostix. Oddly I was still in ketosis. Is there something wrong here?? Should I be eating fruit to refill my liver glycogen? (I mostly eat oatmeal/sweet potatoes/some cereal). This just doesn't seem right? Am I not eating enough carbs or should I have some high glycemic carbs in the morning or something?
I've been losing weight and water really well, I look lean and feel great...I'm just confused to why I can't get out of ketosis.

There was actually a thread discussion about this, funny you should encounter this issue. Ketostix are not real-time; that is to say, it depends on how quickly those carbs get into your system and affect your ketone levels (i.e. how long it takes to cycle through). So it may just have been taking awhile for you to get knocked out of ketosis, is all. If you're still in ketosis after 200g of carbs, I think you'd have set a new record! ^_^
