There was actually a thread discussion about this, funny you should encounter this issue. Ketostix are not real-time; that is to say, it depends on how quickly those carbs get into your system and affect your ketone levels (i.e. how long it takes to cycle through). So it may just have been taking awhile for you to get knocked out of ketosis, is all. If you're still in ketosis after 200g of carbs, I think you'd have set a new record! ^_^
