skillet, or else they'll just keep spreading. the batter should be pretty thin, crepes maybe 1/8 inch thick or so.

how do you like the choco supreme casein? i just got cookies and cream casein about a week ago- i think its pretty good, but i'm always wondering what the other flavors of everything taste like. meaning, i'll get a new tub of whey and after the first scoop i can't wait to finish it to try something different- maybe not to that extreme but you know what i mean

Yeah, bob, I use a skillet... I pour some batter in the pan, and then remove it from the heat and rotate the pan around so that the batter is really thinned out and then put it back on the heat. For a recipe I've tried a few things, but I prefer the taste of oat flour over wholewheat flour. I'm gonna try puddle's suggestion for soy flour, but I don't have any.
I use...
- 1 cup oats grinded into flour
- 1 cup eggwhites
- 1 cup almond milk
- almond extract/vanilla extract/cinnamon/pumpkin spice

Quick cheap lunch : lentils with homemade vegetarian pasta sauce (with tofu) and chopped veggies. I added a little bit of soy sauce to the mix and romano cheese on top as well

I as well use the skillet/sauteeing pan for my crepes, and after pouring the batter, will swirl it around the pan to completely cover and make sure it's even.
