Hit chest today and hit another PR on my flat bench. 275 x2 reps. Great feeling today. Only got 5 hrs of sleep last night , but took my uplift before the gym and was full of energy today

Weight is up 6 lbs so far. Sides really is just acne breakout, but i have that under control now. Did have a weird occurence the other night though, kinda had me scratching my head. I was messing around with a girl and obviously got off and all that. But i felt like I had emptied my freakin balls out. My balls hurt for a solid like 30 mins, but then the pain slowly subsided

Had a kille rleg workout..... intensity was through the roof and was focused like no other for a weird reason today..... Im loving H-Drol right now... Its my last full week of 75 mgs before i bump it up to 100 mgs for the final... Great thing is the fact that I have had almost 0 side effects

To control the acne, really im just making sure i shower 2-3 times a day and washing my face at night and in the morning. Gains are coming alopng good. Weight gain isnt what i thought it would be, but im definitely looking bigger and more defined

Knocked out shoulders last night and had a crazy pump. Uplift combined with H-Drol pre workout is insane haha. Did a total of 18 sets for shoulders including shrugs.

Did chest today so I could workout with a guy I like to train with. *SETA NEW PR 300x2 *on flat bench press. I was so pumped up I wanted to just scream so freakin loud. It was insane. One of the best feelings I've had in the gym for sure.

No, both were just chest workouts.. Idk the difference but i mean im not complaining at all haha....I had my training partner w/ me who can get me motivated like no other excluding myself and he is really the only one I trust to spot me... im trying for 315 next week

Did legs today.. squatted 315 for 6 reps plus 3 additional partial reps along with SLDL's, lying leg curls, leg press ss seated leg curls, and fron squats. 5 sets of ham work and 9 sets of calves.. im sore already... also just noting in this log, i am bumping to 100 mgs today

Hit up arms tonight and took 50 mgs pre workout and I had the most intense pump in my arms and forearms... was borderline almost painful.... Still feeling great.. no added sides or anything... still loving it

Havent checked measurements at all, but I can visually see changes and its amazing. Traps are bigger.. Legs defintely grew.... Arms feel fuller and bigger.. chest looks huge and shoulders are getting to be more capped.... I loved this product.... Would recommend this to anyone who wants to try it.Tomorrow is my last day at 100 mgs and then I head into PCT. Def had a major blood pressure spike when i upped to 100 mgs. It was bad on my second day.. headache all day.. wanted to drop back down to 75 but I proceeded through it and the pain went away. I did add an afternoon dose of HB though

Today was the first day of PCT and did arms..Had a crazy pump again. Was a painful one fore sure.. Total weight gain is 8 lbs for the 6 weeks

Alright sorry guys, its been a little hectic around my house... i was in an accident and have been dealing with insurance bullcrap trying to get my car fixed and all that while working ot... but Im a week into PCT now and am feeling great.... Still no weight loss have kept all my gains and people noticed that I had put on some muscle in the last few months.. So im happy with how things are going.... I start Lean Xtreme in a week
