Do not normally do this but...
I dont like to post up PRs but I had a phenominal chest day today... Just had one of those days where you felt you could just keep going...
Didnt plan for the amount of sets or even the amount of weight
Bench:
Warmup 225x5
245x5
265x5
275x5
295x5 (New 5rep record)
315x2 (First time hitting 315 since my failure in January)
Incline Machine
1 1/2 plates x8
1 1/2 + 10 x8
2 x 8
2 1/2 x 8
Incline BB Bench
205 x8
Flies
Tri Extensions
//
Getting real close to my goal of 315x5, think I could push out 4 if I was really fresh
Weighed in at 180.5lb today

Thanks I am just getting back into the heavy lifting coming nicely, would love to get 5 solid reps of 315 at same weight

My deads I work my sets around 315-365, I have pulled 405 a few times, I am definately higher now, my max deads come in a few weeks, ill post up...
Squat sets are 315 to start work up to 365 low reps but all ATG
