Nearin the end now man, what do you think? Did the pics help ya stay motivated?
Always liked lookin' at your meals, made me hungry lol.
It really did man, thanks for asking! I am considering doing the same thing for my bulk, but work is really taking a huge chunk out of my life right now. In fact, I have to take off right now... be back at 10:30PM tonight :/

So, does this mean we should be expecting a step into your life w/pics for bulking , anyways, good job, gonna be trying that banana bread recipe soon, maybe make it pumpkin or switch up the ingredients a tad, and still gotta try the green tea

2240 calories
Carbs: 165g
Protein: 230.5g
Fat: 66g
Macronutrient Ratio:[*]
29.5% carbs
41.2% protein
26.5% fat
[*] As a reminder I wrote that there would be a +/- 5% accuracy on the ratios, since I only round my foods to the nearest 0.5 grams. The FDA on food labels also round their numbers, which means the macronutrients will not add up to the exact calories. I also do not subtract the fiber from my total carbs, and more often than not, veggies are ?free food? for me.
** Notes:
- Meal 2: Chinese guy born in Korea invented this. Black Bean Paste on some sort of Noodles = really good stuff. It's called Ja Jjang Myeon for those that don't know.
- Went to work, then to gym, then ate, then back to work. Split shifts are retarded. Meal 3 (PWO shake) and Meal 4 were eaten at home. Meal 5 was eaten in my car while driving to work.
- Meal 7 tastes really good.
- Barely microwaving a No-Carb Brownie makes it taste like melted butterscotch. Try it sometimes; it's really good.
- 3 days left! I'm contemplating about making a separate but similar thread for my bulking phase, which I'll be doing for a very long time.

Yeah, I'm 90% certain I'll be doing one for my bulk. I've already finalized my macronutrients and workout splits, and am just counting down the days of these last three damn days. Thanks brotha

Define hard!
Well I mean posting the pictures, and documenting your day?

Ask yourself if you're willing to carry your camera by your side all the time and whipping it out to take snapshots of things. After that, ask yourself if you're willing to upload it onto your computer, then upload it online. After that, ask yourself if you're willing spend time to create an easy-to-follow and organized thread. Are you willing to do it every day and night?

If you are, then it's a piece of cake.
Sounds like a part time job, lol. If you're going to do it for your bulk, you should at least make a website so you can make some ad revenue on it, haha.
Alright sweet, I'm down, once I move back into my house for the summer I'll start.
Good luck!

Haha, reminds me of my friends saying I should be slangin' some of my foods to make profits.

- Work kills my ratios, sigh. I lost all motivation today in cutting for the last two days. I am going to sleep it off and see if I want to start my bulk tomorrow or not (2 days early).
All your other meals are looking good. Shouldn't let work bum out your motivation or be used as an excuse to bulk early. Imagine if you started work during the middle of your cut, then what? Maybe rearrange your cals a bit. More cals right before work or something. Thats what I usually do before I go out anywhere.

Welcome to real life.
My work:
6-7 days a week, split shifts on 4 or more of them. Know what a split shift is?
My split shift days are either: 1.) 10:00AM-3:00PM. No legal break, including food breaks.
7:00PM-10:00PM.
2.) 10:00AM-1:00PM
5:00PM-10:00PM. Same, no breaks.
I'm a waiter. That's 8 hours a day of standing up and constantly moving around. I work in a Korean owned restaurant. Korean. Money. Business. <--- 'Nuff said. (Not being racist, I live in the OC / LA. Anyone who lives there knows it's true.)
My work is 11 miles away. That's 44 miles a day JUST from work. It's a 25-35 minute drive to work every time. That gives me 3 hours a day of free time in between work. Subtract 1 hour from that since I am so damn hungry after my shift, and I must eat right before my shift or I'll be starving.
"Rearrange" my calories a bit? I take most of my carbs in the morning, pre-workout, and post-workout. After that, I've really hit my limit for the day. Protein in every meal of course, as you have seen this log, and fat/protein meals after my workout.
Work out before work late at night? Don't even start.
Caffeine? Cycled off of it last week. Grew tolerant to it since I had been on tons of it since Day 1.

Off to work, bye.
Dats rough. I work at a restaurant as well and i am a cook. I did a lot of split shifts like that last week because general manager thought it would be nice to give the seniors that are graduating the week off before graduation. I feel for you.
Yes. After sleeping it off, I woke up helping myself to a serving of a lot more carbs than usual. I went to the gym in between my work shift to get my body fat tested. Today is the start of my bulk.
I will be making another thread for photos of my bulk cycle soon, probably in a day or two. I will post the link here, in case anyone is interested in following it. To those that have followed and supported me up until now, I thank you all so much for appreciating the time and effort I have put in to making and maintaining this thread. To those that have despised my motifs, all I can say now is... "skinny fat" is on route!

** Notes:
- I should be starting my new Photos of Bulking Log soon, tomorrow or the next. In addition, I will be creating a new Workout Log of my Bulk. I will post links here in case anyone would like to follow it.
- Also, I'll try my best to take pictures of the foods I am eating at work. It bothers me to have so many meals blanked out without pictures. There's also a ton of foods I eat that I have no idea how to say in English, so maybe some of you guys could help me translate 'em.
- Meal 2: Eaten in the car while driving to work.
- Meal 3: Eaten at work. Coworkers gave them to me and told me to eat while the manager wasn't watching.
- Meal 4: My meal that I was allowed to eat after we closed at 3:00PM.
- Meal 6: Ate thinly sliced pieces of Costco Chicken Bake that my coworker brought to work in secret while manager wasn't watching. Ate the sushi after most customers left and we were cleaning stuff up. I am still full from the sushi (can't believe I'm eating white rice again!) nearly 3 hours ago!
- Will be posting another video later about my journey to and from work. Hopefully you guys will find it entertaining.
Driving to work today @ 6:30PM, and driving back home @ 10:30PM.
Thread was fun to look at daily! Can't wait to see your bulk.

Thank you both
yobusta, I got a rant in my video posted that may sound familiar to your working environment.
i love your pics of your food..i just picked up 30$ worth of turkey and chicken slices that come in those little packages..they have like 2g of fat and 10g of protein and they're awesome with spicy mustard
we must follow a same schedule, because i was cutting when you began. Few days ago ive started my bulk.
We follow the same calories too.

Totally forgot about that. Thanks for reminding me, and I'm glad you like the pictures!
1st picture: 8th grade... just for laughs. 2nd picture: First day of Cut @ 16% BF & 162 lb. 3rd picture: Last day of Cut (Day 89) / First day of Bulk @ 10.2% BF & 151.5 lb.
I really wish I reached my goal of 9%, but I wasn't surprised that I failed. You guys would know; look at all my horrible eating and cheat meals for the last 2 weeks. If you guys follow my Workout Log, you can also see I really got lazy on the cardio. Oh well... :/ maybe next time!
Hey everyone, I just wanted to let yall know that I will most likely start both my Bulking Workout Log and new Nutrition Picture Thread on Sunday, June 14 (which is today).
I'm not going to post today's meals, since it's 1:00AM and I just came back from work not too long ago. Still need to shower and do other stuff, and I have work at 10:00AM so I can't spend too much time posting tonight.
How long does it take you to take all the pictures, type it out with colors and styles, and count all your macros. Sounds very tedious for a person so light to begin with

Hey man, interesting stuff in this log. Congrats on all of your progress--even if you didn't fully reach your goals. This log is the perfect example of how life can get in the way with bodybuilding, but ya work through it. Good luck on the bulk.

Hey ssnipazz have you ever gone to a restaurant and had that delicious sweet cinnamon butter spread with the hot rolls? Mmm... Well I noticed you put the Scivation Whey spread on you're bread... Try this. Take a tablespoon of cream cheese or a tablespoon of cottage cheese and then mix with desired amount of whey anywhere from 1/2-1 scoop then mix that up as good as you can. Add a little bit of water... You know. Then take some cinnamon and add it in... A pretty good amount. Tastes amazing!!! But you got to have vanilla based whey... Looks like you do so... Let me know how it works out.
P.S. I am about to try you're protein bar recipe right now. =]
