Lets Try This Again!
I appreciate all the comments and criticism I received in my last thread! I've been away from things for awhile, but plan on being a lot more active from now on! I'll attach a few pictures to this thread including a couple from my recent vacation to New York! I also am going to post the link to my video series I have for bodybuilding.com! What things do you like about the series? What things do you not like? What would you like to see that I already haven't done? If anything was done outside the gym, what would you want it to be?
Here's the link:

I know I desperately need a leg workout! I'm also thinking about what to film outside the gym. I'm thinking maybe me hiking one of the mountains here in AZ or me taking a trip to the grocery store. What do you guys think? Let me know! The videos are made for you!

Still one of the most inspirational physiques I've seen. I appreciate your hard work and love for the sport.
As for future video projects, why not give us some samples. Just shoot a few things and then we can give feed back accordingly.

Just watch Shane, now that you're in black posing trunks instead of white underwear the haters won't ruin this thread with all the flaming of the last one.

Great physique - no question about that!
Just one question, do you think your bi's are over powering your tri's in the double bi shot? Normally people's tri's appear more substantial.
Not saying you've got small tri's, just MASSIVE bi's!

To respond to your questions--
A trip to the grocery store would be a great episode. Also, a trip to the supplement shop could be interesting too. Then, maybe an episode on going out to eat/ hanging with friends and how to order/ how to integrate the BB lifestyle into social scenes (BB lifestyle can be awfully restrictive, you know of course)...
Training ones are always the best though. A cardio one would be interesting, i.e. HIIT vs. slow+long...
Good stuff so far. Looking forward to seeing what else you've got.

You've become huge pal, outstanding work!
I found all your videos really useful, specially the tips on avoiding injuries. I think maybe some more advice on diet / show us what you eat on an average bulking day and why would be cool, as well as how you keep up with that whiles travelling round since that's something a lot of people won't have nailed yet.
Keeps us posted Shane!
