Here is a Sample of one of my power Breakie's
3-4 Boiled eggs
2-3 Slices of Whole wheat, or Flax seed bread with 1-2 Tbsps of Natty PB
1-2 Cups of Black coffee.
depending on Diet I might throw in 1/2 or a whole Banana with that.

when i am in a rush i usually throw 75 grams of whey with 2 cups of oats in a blender for a nice shake, but if i got the time i will usually make 6-7 whole eggs with 1 cup of oats.

I usually have this every morning, 2 scoops of Optimum Nutrition Chocolate Supreme Casein in 2 cups of Light Chocolate Soy Milk. 2tbsp of Naturally More PB in the protein mix, 2 Go Lean Honey Oat Waffles with spray butter ontop, 2 bananas to dip into the bowl of protein mix. 750 calories, 19g fat, 78g protein. But then again, I run 3-5 miles do 250 sit ups everyday. And weave in a 4 day weight training split in the week to go along with that.

Now my diet consist of this 5 day Cycle.
Day1
(Meal 1) 12 egg whites, 1 bowl oatmeal (1/2 cup dry)
(
Day2
(Meal 1) 12 egg whites, 2 pieces of rye toast
Day3
(Meal 1)8 egg whites, 4 oz lean flank steak with all fat grilled out, 10oz sweet potato
Day4
(Meal 1)8 egg whites, 4 oz of fat free ground turkey breast, 3 peases of rye bread
Day5
(Meal 1)8 egg whites, 1 banana, 1 bowl oatmeal (1 cup dry)
OR
Day5
(Meal 1) 8 egg whites, 1 whole wheat bagel
And then I just get creative and see what I can do to each item 
Btw, Day 3 is my favorite day

It usually depends on when I decide to workout that day. If i have to workout soon after I wake up I'll just have something quick like a small keto pizza. If I have a while before I go workout I'll make protein pancakes with 2 tbsp. of melted PB on them. When I'm not on keto I'll have a 1/2 cup of oatmeal with 5 egg whites and a whole egg (on a cut atm).
I like feeling full from breakfast so I usually use egg whites to make more food.

this is how i like to start the day.
12 oz milk
12 oz liquid eggwhits from eggwhites international
2 scoops peanut butter chocolate isoflex
2 cups ground oat ground in coffee grinder
3 tbl peanutbutter
10 grams of glutamine
then use this shake to wash down my animal pak.

3 eggs 4 pieces of bacon hashbrowns 2 cups fresh squeezed orange juice
following i have a shake with 1 cup any berries and 1\4 pineapple or 3 kiwi's, 1 scoop protien and 3\4 cup of milk
add my vitimins and fish oil and thats my power breakfast

Here's what I am doing currently and I love it..
4 eggs-2 whole, 2 white.
A bowl of cereal or cup of oats with 1 packet of Splenda in the oats..plain of course..and about a cup and a half of non fat milk.
A 15oz protein shake..equaling about 180-200 cals in the shake.
Thinking that's around 900 cals or so..Something around there..

Why do so many people have protein shakes in the morning!?!
It just doesnt make sense...why dont you just make more eggs...real food whenever possible!
I have a PWO shake and a pre bed shake so I try not to have a morning protein shake...
I usually make 1 cup egg whites with 1 real egg with some onions and mushrooms and turkey...scrambled together with a slice of whole wheat toast and make a open faced sandwich with some ketchup!
Or oatmeal with splenda, cinamon, banana and some egg whites
or french toast with 1 egg, egg whites, whole wheat toast, cinamon, splenda, natural vanilla extract, a banana
sometimes il grill a steak and put a sunny side egg on top (10oz steak so usually eat half save the other half)
I need to learn how to make protein/whole wheat pancakes though!!

So far I've been doing one cup oats + one serving of ON whey in water for my breakfast. Comes out to around 420 calories, so I figure it's fine.
But I may need two meals pre-workout, perhaps? I want to expand my diet beyond just tuna, oats, shakes, almonds, and rice. What kind of eggs are good/peanut butter/bread perhaps? Other high-protein foods?
Can grilled chicken be bought pre-cooked? The stuff I cook tends to go bad pretty quickly.

To save time - I blend my oatmeal in a blender until it turns to a powder. It's all done day(s) in advance.

they do it because after a night or part of a night of fasting a whey isolate shake its the quickest way to shut down catabolism. then 45 min later eat a whole food breakfast.
