nah, I know....I'm trying to make sure I'm NOT in starvation mode. I eat around 100 grams of clean carbs a day, and was looking for something that could give me a definitive answer on whether to raise or lower my calories to speed up results. I never heard of ketone strips being used for anything but checking for ketosis for like atkins....but if they can tell me I need to raise caloric intake it's worth going and buying some for my answer.
I have heard from some other sources there is a difference in how you body reacts while STARVING vs how your body reacts during starvation MODE....this technique will work for starvation mode (i.e. maybe working out too much for 1500 calories a day vs. eating 500 calories a day) yes?
