Damn those are some pretty amazing results for only 90 days. The only thing that hasn't changed for the better are the calves.
Im with everyone else, details on what kind of diet you followed while doing the workout, and did you do the workout strictly at home?

The results look great. Makes me wanna push harder next time in the gym. I'mma make it a race with myself to get better results in 90 days at the gym then if I were following p90x.

Congrats on a job well done. Amazing results for a 90 day transformation. You look lean, strong and didn't seem to lose any muscle mass. Keep up the great work.

I didn't follow the P90X diet plan. But i did change my diet. I keep it simple. Low carb, low fat, high protein.....As many small meals during the day as i can.

Everything was done at home with a set of dumbells and a pull up bar. I have an empty bedroom in my house and it was all done there.
I hear ya on the calves........i've been working them my whole life and while they get stronger, they never get bigger. My dad and i (from the knees down) are identical.....i blame genetics to a degree.
I am going to be lifting and wrestling most of the summer so i'm going to ad some carbs back into my diet and bulk a little. In the fall i will be doing P90X Plus. Looking forward to it.
Thanks for all the feedback guys. Much appreciated

No worries.
The Yoga is for balance, posture, strength, flexability, and mental composure.
Of all the "new" types of workouts in P90X Yoga was the most eye opening and challenging of them all.

Awesome - especially your lats and abs. You were already in good shape and now you're very cut.
I hope to look this good by June 2010, which is when I will be concluding my own run of p90x.

Great transformation guy. That back development is from doing countless number of Pullups huh? Corn-on-cob pullups ring a bell? It just goes to show that ANY program followed with a strict diet can produce amazing results. There are people on this board who give there one or two year transformation and arnt nearly as great as yours. THose same people bash programs like P90X. Good luck with P90X PLus.
