YAY!
if youve ever competed you know how excited and anxious i am right now.
anyways
i only dieted for 3 and a half weeks for this show, ya i know not enough coming from 10%bf.
it came up last minute and i just couldnt turn it down. Im no where near as lean as last show but ill have some fun anyways.
ill have some pics from 3.5 weeks ago and today as soon as i shave down and put some pro tan on

Definitely Could have used a good 12 week prep, regardless unless you have some crazy stud in your class *happens to me every damn year* then you should do fine
