What are your favorite carb-up foods?

What are your favorite carb-up foods?

Right after my depletion work-out, I like to eat a muffin. During general carb-up meals, lately I have been eating a lot of cornbread made from a whole wheat, stone ground mix.

ff ice cream

I workout all week mon-sat, so I dont do a depletion workout just carbup for 12 hours on sunday morning-evening and then have a keto meal before bed like eggs and pb.

Age: 27 Height 5'9ish, Current weight: 189.6.
Started 7/18/08: weight 229, 38 waist, large shirts.
11/22/08: initial goal made 170, 32 waist, medium shirts.
11/22/08-02/18/09: bulked to 195, 3.5k-3.8k calories, all 3 macros.
2/19-5/13/09: cut again to 159, around 2.2k calories, all 3 macros, then keto at the end.
6/1-11/8/09: bulk (164 to 198) "keto/anabolic" diet, 3800-4400 calories.
11/9-: Keto cut time again.....

steak n cheese pies , icecream with choc sauce and cream , lasagne , nachoes

keep in mind i play field hockey and save **** like this around my game otherwise thatd be the worst carb up ever
