Need advice on weight lost

I am 6 foot 4 and I weigh 410lbs. I went to several different gyms in my city to get advice from the personal trainers. Each gym I went I was given advice on what to do to get the weight off me. Each trainer gave me different advie from the each other. My Dr recommened me to do 3o minutes of any kind of exercise each day. Lets be serious. What type of workout would benefit me the most? My goal is to looe between 50-75lbs of fat! Right now I really dont care about building muscle. Sholud I focus on more on cardio since my goal is to lose fat?

You should read through the Losing Fat forums, and focus your efforts more on diet than anything else. After that, any decent weight training program will be fine. If you have any time or energy left, consider adding some cardio to the mix. But make no mistake, diet is the key to your success. Good luck!
