Finished Competing

Whats up everyone?
I'll be competing in my second show tomorrow after 17 weeks of dieting for 2 shows back to back. The first one was last Saturday.
I was just curious how long is a good time to recover fully from contest prep before I begin to start a mass regime again? I've written up my plans for the coming off season for training and diet and have set my goals for next years show. But how long should I wait before begining?
I figure a weeks sounds like plenty, anymore than that I would begin to lose motivation.
Any thoughts? Thanks
