I?ve done over 35 shows since 1997,competed all over europe and in differnt
org. tried NABBA, WABBA and mostly IFBB contest?s.

To get them smaller...
I?ve heard rumours that you have to train them carefully to keep them to overpower your upper body - it?s not fair
I've been judging a couple of IFBB-shows (in Norway) were you was on the stage, and I can honestly say that you have some of the best quads and hams I've seen on an amateur stage.
It's raw when you shake your quadriceps from side to side, and then - BOOOM - hits the pose. I've only seen Berry de Mey doing it that good
I?m on my way to build my arms and back up again.
Tho to my injuries in left biceps and pec muscle it?s hard to keep up the hard workouts for back and biceps, but I?ve leard to train around my injuries.
Was a power lifter in my teenage.
