Congratulations, I never cease to be amazed when I see both your before and after photo's...how can that even be the same person? ..... you've turned back the clock !!!! .... its more than inspirational.
When ever I get discouraged at my own lack of progress I just remind myself of what you've achieved...... and I power on.... in a funny way you've had a hand in helping me develop my own physique to where it is now....by providing the inspiration to stick with it.
a wonderful role model for us all....

^^^This. I showed the pics to my wife and she could not believe how different you looked. In the before you looked like you were in your 50's, now you look like you're 40, tops. It's crazy.

Well, call me carb depleted. I don't understand the question Bill?
I did get a call from the promoter saying my entry is in and approved. Made the plane purchases today. Hotel is reserved. So.... I guess it's a go....
I noticed on the Masters web page, that posing routines have been cut down from 90 secs to 60! CRAP! Had to remaster my music and redo my posing routine too. Last year the entry was a record 315 competitors. It lasted till 1 AM. I think they're trying to get it done in shorter time this year.

Before and after are always great to look at
I personally think the transformation from fat to built is more amazing that skinny to built
It involves a lot more willpower and dedication to eliminate food to get the lard off
Being skinny and eating to gain is fun
Your pics are almost unbelievable
Bet your friends were amazed
