If you are STUCK at any weight, you need to eat more, not start stacking pro-hormones.

eating more will always help put weight on man. but if you do decide to stack those two PH you gotta do a log. I bet the gains would be off the charts.

Eat more. If you are going to take superdrol you should take something with a strong estrogen blocker unless you want to build gyno mass.

i second that,
just eat like a mule. i always calorie count everyday. i try to hit 3500 a day. i try to eat every three hours too. i have a protein shake for breakfast with a protein bar before work. that works out to 450-500 calories the first 30 mins im awake. then eat a tuna sandwich or somthing three hours later. thats 400 calories aswell plus 20 grams protein.
have a look at 'monster food' mass gainer. its from the uk and has the highest calorie amount on the market. 1200+ per serving.

This. But if you decide to, i would seriously consider trying to get HCG and some clomid or Tamoxifen or any one of the competitive inhibitors for both the retention of gains, and the prevention of gyno. Also liver support is a MUST. read up on the **** if you havn't, im not saying you havn't either, ive seen a lot of pple **** themselves up lately. your old enough to make your own decisions and have been lifting fo a while, and if done right they are fine b/c they are taken for ones own benefit so who is anyone else to judge. Just be safe.

yeah it can be hard especially if youve trained for a while. i see youve competed to, haha i feel stupid sayn all that i did, but i guess i didn't hurt to say it so w/e. you will see gains if you ate more though, guaranteed. Stick with it for a couple of months idk how ol yo uare but waiting for a little bit wont hurt ya. and again, if you decide to, be safe. Im not against AAs use at someone your age especially if heyre competing. why the **** not, its for yourself not anybody else. Good luck man.

Building Mass
I hear you on the 'increased calories' and 'weight gain' supplements ~ but while I really want to gain some additional muscle mass, at 39 I have a little bit of a belly and I am really afraid to add to that ~ if anything, I need to loose maybe a belt size.
What should I do?

have you tried cutting out sugar, obviously i dont know your diet. but i cut out sugar and lost ten lbs and in inch from my waist. i do feel alot better for it. i switched to sugar free stuff instead since i suffer from hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) and cant cause sugar spikes incase i have a crash in sugar levels. i dont drink alcohol either anyway so that helps me too with the sugar front.

I think I am pretty good with how much sugar I have. Its pretty much limited to some juices and 1 daily Coke.
But I will def keep an eye on it.
Thanks
