Hey Sereenie You and Cassandra look like really good buddies. You both are so pretty. I can tell she loves you. It's very nice when a friend is so sincere.
I love to read your journal, too.

Its way too hot here!! Wow!! Record high for this time in Washington since the 1970s!!!
Had a full body wo, the first weight session in a long time
Makes me really appreciate how fit I was.....how you may not be lean, but really are in great condition!!
10 min wu on TM 5% inc 3.2 mph. Hr 136
Seated leg press (not leg sled)
115# x30
155#X25
175#X20 X20 (was light headed here!!)
Tri press with rope
20# X15 X15 X15
Seated cable row
60# X12 X12 X12
DB bench press
20# X15 X12 X12
Db bicep curl
10# X12
15#X10
Really light headed now....yikes....so I ended for the day.
Avoiding overhead moves for now....just testing the water for what irritates my rib// muscle pull thing...
Felt really great to be in there.
Still waiting for approval for that apartment....
Since this one was repoed by the bank, and we pay the bank, there was an issue getting our renters history....as there is no phone number here.
Its crazy to explain, but irritating to say the least. We are caught in quite a mess.
More gardening!! My seeds be a sprouting good, they love this weather.....
I may have to break down and get an AC from Costco......is it worth it???
I am dowing water to help with the dizzyness...I am sure that is whats going on.
How many L should I drink in warm weather???? Any one??

my only suggestion on the water is to drink it room temperature or warmer.. too cold will put your body in a shock (and mess up your digestion) maybe that's why you're dizzy?
cool, a veggie garden! i want one so bad. The only herb I grow is arugula, in a pot in my house, which my cat keeps nibbling down to the nubs.. but I can imagine how wonderful it is to eat straight out of your garden! one day......

Nah, I am pretty sure I didnt drink enough....I always drink it warm because I have sensitive teeth. I have a low blood pressure...and sometimes it makes me dizzy. lol...your cat eats that? lol. Its rewarding to grow your own food.....connects you with it.

Great job on the workout and getting back into the swing of things!!
I am sure that it was a combination of the WO and the hot weather that made you thirsty
Good idea to up the water - I try to get between 3 and 4L as a rule of thumb
And then some days more ... some days less!!! lol
Have a wonderful Sunday ... hope the apartment situation sorts itself out for the two of you

Today was another full body.
10 min wu on TM 15% in 2.8 mph

3 sets of 10 reps, to the bottom....and I will admit this was hella hard. I did use my hands on my knees to get myself back up. But its a start.
Seated leg curl
60# X20
75#X15 X12
Incline bench press machine
+20# X20
+30# X15X15
Seated cable row
60#X15 w/ v bar
60# X15 X15 with St bar
Oh DB tri ext
15#X20
20#X10 X10
SS// Push ups
X5 X5 X7 (WTF??)
Dec bi burl
10#X15
15#X10 X10 (with help from Eric)
10 min cool down on TM 5%inc 3.5 mph
I am so spent...like my whole body is worn out.
Diet is still spot on.

Moving is a chore and a half!!! lol. But I am so ready!! Thank you!
30 mins TM cardio at home.
9 hour day at work tonight.
I am sacred that I am not going to get back into school. I know its illogical and silly to think that way....and what you think can become....
So if I have to think what I want to happen: School, Train hard (heal), Love much, Stay True to Myself, Eat the way I know I should, Embrace Changes, Learn.
I am feeling pretty motivated. I want to hang onto this feeling forever.

I like this
Written By Mother Teresa:
?People are often unreasonable, illogical, and self-centered;
Forgive them anyway.
If you are kind, people may accuse you of being selfish with ulterior motives;
Be kind anyway.
If you are successful, you will win some false friends and some true enemies;
Succeed anyway.
If you are honest and frank, people may cheat you;
Be honest and frank anyway.
What you spend years building, someone could destroy overnight;
Build anyway.
If you find serenity and happiness, they may be jealous;
Be happy anyway.
The good you do today, people will often forget tomorrow;
Do good anyway.
Give the world the best you have, and it may never be enough;
Give the world the best you?ve got anyway.

The people that were kind to me at work, as customers....they dont have to be, but they make it so much nicer to be there. (was a rough day yesterday, and I was glad to be home...lol.) You are always an inspiration....your personality and attitude lighten up anyone's day. Those who have you in their lives are very fortunate.

Hi-der-ho-der.....lol.
All is good....getting some cooler weather, so us West Coasters don't shrivel up and croak!!
It is beautiful here, the older I get the more I appreciate it.
Packed up a lot of stuff yesterday. No gym, just lots of work.
Rib acting up....so I am into the accupuncturist..... Stupid body, just heal allready!!! I want to GO!!!
______
Any wise words for not taking things so personal??? Comments, looks, ect??
I could use a few "thoughts" to make me feel less sensitive.

Trip to Dr Wang went really well this time.
He thinks my pain is gas. Who knows? He said the rapid heartbeat is from the gas being trapped in my upper digestive tract. (in the only words I know to use.) That he had the same problems.
He told me I needed more fats in my diet...that my cuticles are frayed...lips dry....hummm.
He does this thing: Stands on one side of me, takes my pulse with his eyes closed, and does the same on the other side....reaches under and finds the most painful spot on my back and works on it.
But he has done wonders for my neck and back.....
I left there feeling really rejuvenated....peaceful.
Then many calls that eve with work drama. LOTS OF DRAMA.
I keep telling myself...that I am lucky to have this job right now...I need it....blow it off.
But I ended up in tears two days ago, on the floor.....out of pure frustration. People can treat me like ****, and if I stand up for myself..I am in trouble. Its a horrible feeling. And I hate it!
Plus I have the feeling I am the new door mat. "Oh call Serine, she will come in." "Oh, Serine will do it, just call her on her time off!!" And I do.
But the second I need help...its an empty room, lack of support...and I am pissed.
I gave permission to work me 6 days out of a week, as its a legal thing here...and what does my boss do?? Works me all 6 every week...and some shifts are 4 hours long!! So I HAVE to take the scraps that are tossed my way!
*rips hair out*
I AM MORE THAN THIS!!! THIS IS NOT WHAT I WANT MY LIFE TO BE!!! BAH!
~Plus I think the DOMS from entering training, and my new diet could have played a part in my oversensitivity.
Why in the hell is dieting so emotional for me??
How do I fix this??
Time and PRACTICE...I am telling myself this.
Off to go close the store down....and be back to open it. Like a good doormat....who needs the money.
