I like the regular bars. Right now the best price I can get is 1.69$/bar so anything that beats that price for a box.

-1C Reese's Pieces (1/2 for the batter and 1/2 later for rolling the dough balls in)
-5sc protein powder (I used ON Cookies & Cream Whey and Casein)
-2 mashed bananas
-1Tbs baking powder
-cinnamon + gound cloves + allspice +nutmeg
-lil' honey + lil' splash Cruzan Banana Rum
*Bake @ ~350 for ~10-15min.
(filling)
No exact ratio, but a mixture of dark choco PB, graham crackers, and mashed bananas. Just eye it to get the consistency you want. I still it to have the consistency of PB, but pliable enough to work w/ and to be able hold it's own shape and not ooze out of the cookie when baking. Also, before making a ball out of the PB filling, shape the cookie dough into a ball and then squish it flat so you'll be able to wrap the dough around the PB ball. You will also probably need WW flour to help knead the dough to make it more pliable so it'll be easier to work w/ when shaping.

I at first was going to try and marble them in the 1st batch, but it's not that noticeable, so then for the 2nd batch I just made them all really chocolately. Also, I ran out of PP from the 1st batch, so just used soy flour for the 2nd. And hell, this flour might as well be PP. I mean, @ 14g protein and only 80kcals, this stuff is 70% protein, whereas most PP is 80%....not too shabby.
Most of the cookies I stuffed w/ a mixture of half Dark Chocolate Dreams and half White Chocolate Wonderful, and both mixed in w/ 1 banana each and soy flour to give some shape before stuffing the cookies. Although I wished I would of used less of it, so the filling would of been more gooey and oozing out of the cookie when baking.
For the other cookies, I either topped w/ a mini Dark Reese's Cup or a mini Cadbury Creme Filled Egg, or stuffed w/ a large Cadbury Egg or a small one. I had some left over from the wedding.
^^^^^^this is for you Achilles and your love of Easter candy.

yea, just got the one on my left shoulder. make the glaze i actually wanted to say brown sugar instead of cinnamon. but make the glaze and steam the carrots then toss the drained carrots in the glaze and keep warm in the warmers. i work in a half casual/half upscale. dont really kno what you would consider it but fine dining. we do a lot of huge banquets too. hows your schooling going?

CRUST:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
stevia
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
FILLING:
stevia
2 eggwhites
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice (approximately two large lemons)
1 tablespoons grated lemon zest
2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
TOPPING:
sweetener
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and place rack in center of oven. Grease with butter (or use a cooking spray) a 8 x 8 inch pan.
FOR CRUST: In the bowl of your electric mixer, or with a hand mixer, cream the butter until light and fluffy. Add the flour and salt and beat until the dough just comes together. Press into the bottom of your greased pan and bake for about 20 minutes, or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and place on a wire rack to cool while you make the filling.
FOR FILLING: In your electric mixer, or with a hand mixer, beat the sweetener and eggs until nice and smooth. Add the lemon juice and zest and stir to combine. Fold in the flour. Pour the filling over the shortbread crust and bake for about 20 minutes, or until the filling is set. Remove from oven and place on a wire rack to cool.
It`s a bit fatty coz of the butter, but u can use some ff cream too.

Of course they are healthy.....what are you talking about!? Probably the only thing that wouldn't be I suppose would be the M&Ms, but even that would be open to debate. But you probably got your daily supply of EFAs in 1 cookie.

The school I'm going to now just offers culinary arts. And thus far, I do plan on doing culinary arts if I go to the CIA but I may change my mind, but I guess we'll see. Either way, I still want that good culinary base, but pastry arts seems pretty cool as well just to have the experience in.
What about you ?

I actually have found to like them more than the reg ones, but that is just me. I'm more of a dark chocolate fan. But yah, I didn't know they made them either until I saw them in Walmart a week or so ago.
