Sup brother. The number one thing you got to remember other then the training is you got to eat more. See as you train, the body starts to demand more food so it can feed the muscles and make them grow. If you dont eat enough of spread you eating too far apart, all you will be doing is eating to burn and crap. So lets work on a better diet for you so you can pack on some solid muscle and grow nice. Its in your genes and it will work for you, but you have to work for it.
