lower abs

I work out all the time, the majority of my muscles are pretty good, the only thing I complain about is that my lower abs don't show. I can't tell if the muscles are not big enough, if I have extra fat down there, or if it's just weird extra skin. I have a decent 4-pack, but would like to get those lower 2 or possibly 4, to show. I am open to suggestions.

Try hanging leg raises. These specifically target the lower abs. Plus, you can target the obliques if you rotate during the workout.

a few things could be wrong

1. too much fat
2. the lower part isn't muscled enough
3. you dont have the bottom 2 due to genetics. if this is the case your upper 4 are probably going to be much larger than the average persons. look at rusty jeffers for an example.
