LMAO! Pan fried in an iron skillet! Treat yourself!!!!
Waded for gills for 4 hours today. Carp spawn pushed them off the beds. Nice day for a long wade though.
Twisted my knee in some roots though.

It would be a sin to use a 8-9" gill for flats!!
I do have the kids go to the dock and catch the small gills for the trotline though

Morning all!
Great WO last night.
I flat BP'd very well. Been doing declines as of late to work around shoulders, but wanted to do flat yesterday.
135... Felt good.
185...Felt good.
225...Just snapped up for 15
275...Pause reps for 10
315...First set 6 reps no pain. Testing the waters
315.. Three sets 10. Zero pain.
Resisted urge to go heavy.
Decline flies 4 sets with 95lb DB's 8-12 rep range.
DB pullovers 4 sets with 95lb DB.
Hammer Strength decline. One drop set: 8 plates, 6 plates, 4 plates, two plates.
One arm rope pulldowns 5 sets.
Standing DB exts 4 sets.
WO was an 11 outa 10!

Hoo-ah
Last night WO was a dandy. Spent 1.5 hours in the squat rack.
Warm up
135
225
315
365
405
Work sets
495 10 sets of two ATG
Walk outs pins sets just below pecs hold until failure.
585 10 series.
First set was like 20 plus seconds.
If your whole body aint shaking, you're doing it wrong.
Threw in some hams and calves.
This WO was very fitty like.
