Well you should probably start weaning yourself off it---LOL! Won't be included in a contest prep plan---unless you get cheats!
I find stuff like that makes me crave even more sweet stuff---so I gotta stay away! Have you tried a banana cream protein powder? BSN makes one!

How about green tea with stevia?
Works for me when I crave something sweet.

No, havent tried that, but I love green tea! Im actually not starting my contest diet until July first. I, giving myself 2 months on step one of my diet, then really buckling down the last 26 days. Does that sound about right for contest timing?

you could try mixing your protein powder with less water to make more of a "pudding" texture and eat it with a spoon. that might help satisfy that need for something sweet too.

The fat-free sugar-free pudding really makes me crave real sugar like nobody's business. I find it's easier just to stay away.

I eat a sugar-free pudding once a day with my lunch, and I haven't had any issues so far. I don't seem to crave sugar any more than I did before my pudding regiment began.
But if you're competing, it might not be the best thing to have in your prepping diet.

It's full of odd ingredients and has no real nutritional value, so it's not part of my contest prep diet.
But on my off season? Heck yeah, that is delicious! I ate a whole box by myself too once... it was not so fun... and all I can say is I hope you were by yourself last night!
BSN's Banana Nut Bread lean dessert is amazing and when you whip it up with less water (as mentioned above), it comes out kind of like pudding.
I crave ALL SORTS of foods right now. As soon as my contests are over, I'm going to deep fry a twinkie just because I can. Then, I'm going to smother that in ice cream, which I'm going to fry in Golden Grahams.

I'm bad for the no sugar/fat stuff.
I eat ice cream that is sugar and fat free and it tastes EXACTLY like vanilla ice cream.
Same with yogurt; it comes in Lemon Merangu, wild berry, strawberry, rasb., coconut/pineapple, and mango/citrus.
I <3 it to death. I eat it about once a day, though I consider them my cheats when I eat excessive amounts of them.

sugar-free dr. oetker's chocolate mousse is about 1/10th of an orgasm. it uses a bit of trans fat, though.
but i'm not a health nazi. 80/20, man. xD (80/20 = 80% healthy foods & 20% non-healthy foods.)
also, i go through a lot of packets of sugar-free fat-free jello chocolate pudding powder. it tastes like brownies. & i use unsweetened almond milk, which is only 40 calories/250 mLs. infact, i may open up a pkg. now. =O
meh. i'm more about calories in vs. calories out. it doesn't matter what it is. i had really fatty indian food tonight w/ lots of white rice & a bit of white naan bread. it fit into my calories, though. so, it's all good. i do feel a little crap-tacular now, though. but meh.
i'm a lot happier these days now that i'm not a health nazi. 80 freakin' 20, man. xD

It's Yopliat: The Source
The only sugar comes from the skim milk they use on it
It's de-lic-ious!

That kinda sweet makes ME crave more sweet, too. I'm not sure you should have needed the whole box if it were at all satisfying. LOL
Try cottage cheese with some banana and cinnamon squished in really well...maybe some almond butter (or nuts) and dry oats if your macros allow. That tastes pretty close to banana pudding to me! Of course, it's not calorie free...but it's uber-clean so long as you get the right brands of the more processed stuff.

Those puddings are a death trap! I have one and want another and they don't satisfy any craving, they just create more cravings. I do have a pack in the fridge and have 1 on occasion but find myself really disappointed afterwards.
I just recently found a new yogurt that is yummy, its Dannon Light'n'Fit CARB Control. And its a little 4oz container, has 50 calories, but it tastes really creamy and yummy (the strawberry one). I've didn't become a huge fan of the yoplait light yogurts, the ones with all the flavors (apple turnover and such). I love Trader Joe's plain fat free "European style" yogurt, its thicker and has a lot of protein, kinda like Greek yogurt but still has the tartness of regular yogurt. It kicks ass mixed in with some low sugar smuckers preserves and strawberries!

I believe it's only sold in Canada though.

I add a scoop of protein powder to it when I make it pour it into 4 1-serving containers. One serving is quite filling I think. It usually makes me feel a little sick, like I ate too much ice cream or something, but the sweet craving is definitely gone for me.

Body Tech makes a pudding that has 0 grams of sugar, 25g protein and 3g of Glutamine. The box is a bit pricey but is a great snack. The pudding comes in a powder form so you just mix it with water.
