Suspension Training
So I have been hearing alot about suspension training lately and thought it might be worth a shot...at least when I'm not able to make it to a gym or on vacation. Anyway, checked out the TRX and they were a little too pricey for me. Can't seem to bring myself to pay 150 bucks for a couple of bands, so I made my own. They work pretty well and are pretty similar to what I would buy (I think).
I was just wondering if anyone has used suspension training, and if so what is the best type of routine I should use. If you think it's useless I'd like to here from you as well. Thanks! peace out.
