This is my plan starting about 3 weeks from now, like 3500cal clean bulk as I need to get ready for football. Hoping to maintain my BF through summer.

Story of my training life. I row 200 for 5 but my bench is like 175x5, gonna hit 180x5 tommorow, all carbed up and ready to go.

Not sure if serious.... haha. It might look nice if I got to like 8-9% BF. other than that, I'm not a fan.
