Im 6 2, 200 pounds, low body fat ( 8% checked last year from trainer at gym ).
Every girl i talk too about my body, says its perfect right now. But I don't gave a **** what whores say, i wanna get bigger ! Goal is to be 210 to 220 9 % BF.

Abs are all about bf %, so if some people here dont want abs (lol wtf?) then that means they want higher bf% thus less definition everywhere else, i.e chest, triceps, quads etc. If thats what you want then good for you. I personally aim to be big, strong and have low bf.

That right there is Derek Poundstone. But that is an old picture from 2007. I have been reading through this thread and its getting very off topic. Well anyways I thought I would post a more recent picture of Derek. I came across a good one. Derek's training for Strongman has been getting very intense and for the past year and a half he has been getting leaner. His body is very efficient at burning calories so he struggles to maintain his weight which is now at 320lbs.

This picture was taken in September at the Worlds Strongest Man competition in West Virginia. There is Derek Poundstone on the left, me in the middle and Mariusz Pudzianowski on the right.
