Eat!
6'6 and 168. Your shoulders will always be small unless you add mass all over. You need about 80 pounds imo.

Like someone said you are very tall and only about 170. Unless you put a good few lbs on you arent gonna look big. Eat lots of food including good protein and carb sources and train hard using basic exercises, e.g presses and side raises.

Overload them. I am up to the 110lb. dumbells X 10 reps for shoulder press. You just have to pound them like you do chest and back. I treat delts like they are a major body group. I have an entire day devoted to just shoulders.

A year or two ago i guess he got shoulder implants/ synthol. Not sure on any real details but i know he looks fuccccccked.
This thread is now about carrot top. Since the only advice the OP needs is to eat and put on weight.

Try higher repetitions (volume) and intensity.

This method will work wonders, but I would advise you to stuff in rocks so your shoulders are hard........ unless you take naps in school or something where you lean your head on them, by all means use cotten then.

Get strong on Shoulder Press, Lateral Raises and Bent-Over Raises, whilst eating a lot of clean food during the process, and taking some gear if you're that way inclined. If genetics allows all this, that is.
