Hello mate,
Good stuff getting back into it. If your training 3 days a week, I recommend to train monday, wednesday, friday, or similar pattern to give you at least a days rest between training. You could do a number of different combinations. I've always liked monday (Back, Shoulders) then wednesday (Legs, Calves) and Friday (Chest, Triceps, Biceps) giving you enough time to recover the shoulders between monday and friday.
Otherwise you could do a number of others. Be sure to even stick shoulders and chest together or far apart, it hard to bench press two days after a shoulder press because they use similar muscles. Deadlift two days before legs sometimes cause me trouble as well.
But anyway, hope that helped.
Cheers mate

I'd recommend splitting up chest and triceps, and doing something along the lines of Triceps/Deltoids and then another day doing Chest/Biceps, this way you arent exhausting your triceps on the same day as your chest since doing chest involved triceps, so one of the two wont get the full attention. Over time leading one to under develop and slow them both down in growth. And use your 3rd day for Back/Traps and squeeze legs in there if you want, since you need to do your legs at some point, but given a 3 day split, one of those days is going to be quite hardcore lol.

All (full body). Any type of splitting won't provide any additional benefit at your stage and most likely will only delay progress from what you could achieve training full body.

i dont like this,
it is most common to do chest and tris together and back and bis together.
shoulders and legs are sometimes put together, sometimes sepereate
