Unhappy Help is required Help

I am noticing a bizzar thing with my body !!!. i am not sure what should i do. this is the case.

I feel pain in my Biceps and shoulders muscle heads its been there for the past 4 days. when ever i train with heavy weights i start the training with a very well shape half way down the training this pain start paging!!.

after training it keeps going untile it vanish by bed time. I tried to the steam room in the Gym it works like magice no pain nothing instantly !!! but on the very next training session it fires again. describing the pain is a bit tricky it starts at the biceps heads and ends on the top of my shoulder i should re-mention that not the muscle it self that hearts its the head of it.
my training program as follows:
10 min cardio worm up:
Chest/Biceps
Back/Triceps
Shoulders
Quadriceps/Hamstrings/Calves
followd by 30-40 Min of cardio
i Rest for 1 day.
I am on the following supplements:

1. Creatine Monohydrate
2. Pro complex Muscle Building Protein Mix.
3. ZMA.

the questions are:
is this a serious thing?
shall i keep training and bear with the pain.
shall i do steaming after every training session?
am i over working my body?
shall i change my program?
shall i keep the Cardio and stop wight training for a while?
helppppppppppppppppppppppp
I am in the middle of serious transformation program and i don't want to stop training.
hey experts any Any ideas. help is highly appreciated.

The last training period started on 8th of May until 2 days ago when id rather to post the question. after a high intense chest training. i wish this is a good history that you can provide an advice
