Thanks dude! Check out the first question in this post, I'll sit down this weekend and get down the exact macros. I have really upped my cals even more this past week and will fill out my diet and routine for tomorrow, tomorrow night..been eating even more chicken and beef lately. I'm currently gaining lean muscle while keeping the BF% down best I can..as long as the abs are there, I'm happy..and as long as the muscle keeps comin on, I'm happy as well, that just takes a little more time since I am a MAJOR hardgainer.

I drink about a gallon of water a day roughly.



I think they are great, I just never really threw them into my routine..I tend to keep things pretty simple 12-10-8-12 rep ranges with about 4 sets..this has been a routine I've stuck to for awhile..if anything, I'll switch up the rep ranges a little.



Even if I weren't sponsored by CL, I would still recommend CL to anyone who is looking to step things up in the gym..and long before I was sponsored by CL I was recommending CL to all my friends and clients. I honestly believe their supps are some of the best and most effective supps out there, no bull****. My strength has gone up tremendously over the past year, endurance has gone up, and my physique has changed all around for the better..Yes, it is a mixture of diet, training, supps, and dedication..but the supps are definitely helping me improve and get to the next level.



Hey Chris, I'll cycle off Green Mag\Green Bulge every couple bottles of GB or tub of GM just for about 2-3 weeks and then I'll hop back on, there really is no need to cycle off the creatine, it's just something I have always done. With White Flood, I throw down a tub and then take a couple weeks off and then get back on again, with the tablets of WF, same deal. Usually between all the CL supps I take, it's usually 2 weeks to 4 weeks I'll take off.

It used to be hard to put down, but the new GG seems to be more granulated and easy to put down. I have no problem at all with it and think it's a kick ass supplement!..Can't wait to get back on it!

I personally don't think it's too much, I've just always liked to completely murder the muscle you are training till you absolutely have nothing left in it. I keep all my muscle group training within the same amount of sets..once in awhile I'll throw in a couple extra sets to exhaust those muscles.



What up dude! I love GG, and am about to start up a new tub within the next couple weeks! It really does bring the results and the best thing is that GG lasts forever!

I think White Flood tablets and powder are both great!..and I switch off between the two, can't really say one works better than the other, they both give me that crazy blast of energy and pump I look forward to every day I train. Gotta be top 3 on my favorite supps list.

What does glycergrow do? Im thinking about starting to take it also, do you bloat from taking GreenMag. it doesnt look like you have any problem with retaining water, but im just looking to put on some lean muscle.

Wednesday 5-27-09

Diet:

6:30am-Bowl of Heart to Heart with non fat milk, 15oz Lean Pro Matrix protein shake mixed in water, 4 eggs (2 egg whites and 2 whole scrambled), 3 Orange Triad multi vitamins.

9:00am-Pure Protein bar (Delux Chocolate Chip), a Dannon Light and Fit yogurt, and a quarter pound of turkey (low sodium).

12:00pm-A chicken and lettuce wrap in a spinich tortilla with mustard, a bowl of mixed fruit, 15 almonds, and an additional 4-5oz's of boneless\skinless chicken breast on the side.

2:30pm-A 15oz Lean Pro Matrix Protein shake mixed in water and 2 rice cakes with natural pb.

4:30pm-1 cup of oats with 1 packet of splenda mixed in water.

5:30pm-5 Green Bulge tablets, and 6 White Flood Tablets downed with Purple Wraath.

6:00pm-7:45pm-Back and ab training, while drinking 1.5 scoops of Controlled Labs Purple Wraath mixed in 22 ounces of water (Sipping intra-workout).

8:00pm-2 scoops of Golden Gains mixed in about 15oz's of water. (Check it out if you haven't already, GOOD STUFF!!)

8:45pm-About 14oz's of chicken breast, with a cup of brown rice, with 3 Orange Triad pills.

10:30pm-A 12oz Lean Pro Matrix Protein shake.

Training for Wednesday 5-27-09:

Back:

Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns: 4 sets, 1 set of 12 reps at 130lbs, 1 set of 10 reps at 140lbs, 1 set of 8 reps at 150lbs, 1 set of 12 reps at 130lbs.

Standing Straight Arm Pulldowns: 4 sets, 1 set of 12 reps at 60lbs, 1 set of 10 reps at 70lbs, 1 set of 8 reps at 80lbs, 1 set of 12 reps at 60lbs.

Close Grip Lat Pulldowns: 4 sets, 1 set of 12 reps at 120lbs, 1 set of 10 reps at 130lbs, 1 set of 8 reps at 140lbs, 1 set of 12 reps at 120lbs.

Wide Grip Pull Ups: 4 sets of 12 reps.

Hammer Strength Compound Rows: 4 sets, 1 set of 12 reps at 130lbs, 1 set of 10 reps at 150lbs, 1 set of 8 reps at 160lbs, 1 set of 12 reps at 130lbs.

Seated Rows (Close Grip): 4 sets, 1 set of 12 reps at 130lbs, 1 set of 10 reps at 140lbs, 1 set of 8 reps at 150lbs, 1 set of 12 reps at 130lbs.

Abs:

Decline Crunches: 3 sets of 30 reps.

Lying Leg Lifts: 3 sets of 15 reps.

Machine Crunches: 3 sets of 30 reps.

Very intense training sesh today, had It Dies Today's older album Catiff Choir rockin as well as Thick as Bloods new album Embrace just beating the hell out of my eardrums today..helped me get in the zone and stay focused. There's somethin about back day that I love, if anything..I think back and legs should have a day of their own when training them..Should take a ton out of you and you should feel like you worked the hell out of em' when you're done..this should go along with every other muscle of course..there's just something about back and legs that wears me down after training them..feels great though!

Other news..my wife and I are currently trying to have a baby..she's not pregnant yet..but I will let you guys and girls know when she is, this is very exciting for me..always have looked forward to being a dad.

..What's up guys,

So it's been a little over a week since I wrote up my last training session and answered some posts. Just want to let everyone know that I will be back to filling my journal out daily this coming Wednesday as well as answering posts\questions. Life right now has never been so hectic..

Hi tell me how often do you increase weights on Lifting Bench, Dumbell Curls etc?

When you reach at 12 Reps in your 3rd Set, is that when you increase weights and go back to 8 Reps again?

Diet:

6:30am-Bowl of oats (about a cup) with non fat milk, 15oz Lean Pro Matrix protein shake mixed in water, 4 eggs (2 egg whites and 2 whole scrambled), 3 Orange Triad multi vitamins.

9:00am-A Dannon Light and Fit Yogurt, a small Pure Protein bar, and a can of tuna with lemon.

12:00pm-A turkey wrap with low sodium turkey, lettuce and mustard, a bowl of mixed fruit, 15 almonds, and about 4oz's of boneless\skinless chicken breast with a little A1 sauce..yum.

2:30pm-A cup of coffee with 2 Splenda's, and a banana with a light spread of natural PB.

4:15pm-A cup of oats with 1 packet of Splenda, and 3 egg whites.

5:00pm-5 Green Bulge Pills, and 6 White Flood Pills.

5:30pm-7:00pm-Delts and traps while drinking 1.5 scoops of Controlled Labs Purple Wraath mixed in 22 ounces of water (Sipping intra-workout).

7:15pm-2 scoops of Golden Gains in about 16oz's of water.

8:30pm-2 6-8oz boneless\skinless chicken breast with a medium sweet potato, and 3 Orange Triad pills.

10:45pm-A 12oz Lean Pro Matrix Protein shake mixed with non fat milk.

Training for Wednesday 6-10-09:

Delts:

DB Presses (Machine): 4 sets-1 set of 12 reps at 110lbs, 1 set of 10 reps at 130lbs, 1 set of 8 reps at 140lbs, 1 set of 12 reps at 110lbs.

Lateral Raises (cables): 4 sets-1 set of 12 reps at 20lbs, 1 set of 10 reps at 25lbs, 1 set of 8 reps at 30lbs, 1 set of 12 reps at 20lbs.

Traps:

Barbell Shrugs (2 second pauses at top): 4 sets-1 set of 12 reps at 185lbs, 1 set of 10 reps at 205lbs 1 set of 8 reps at 225lbs, 1 set of 12 reps at 185lbs.

Trap Machine Shrugs: 4 sets-2 sets of 12 reps at 180lbs, 2 sets of 10 reps at 190lbs.

Gym was pretty packed today..I guess people are tryin to get those summer bodies ready. Had a solid training session today. I really like this routine I have down for delts and traps. You'll notice up top in the diet area that I have added a little more food to my daily deal...but it's all still clean for the most part. I've been eating tons of chicken and tons of steak (top sirloin)..I'm lucky my wife works at a market owned by her parents, otherwise I'd be BROKE!!! Chicken and steak can get very expensive!!

Tomorrow I'll be hittin a session with my bro Nate..no doubt it will be an intense one!!

Hey Nick I don't know if this has already been answered but how did you get noticed by CL and how would you recommend going about getting sponsored as a natural athlete in general? I'm young and I've only been lifting for a year but it would be awesome to get sponsored by a supplement company some day. Like a lot of things in life, is it more about who you know?

If you don't mind me asking, what's your grocery bill like? Being a college student, my money is extremely tight and I need to know if I can afford a diet like yours. Trying to get a little leaner and more consistent diet going because at the moment I am just eating eating and eating anything in sight trying to keep up with the metabolism. If it's pretty pricey, do you have a cheaper recommendation? Thanks

I'm sure this has been answered before, but do you mind addressing this statement from your website:

So, on average, you train 22 hours per week? How does your CNS have that type of work capacity? Are you natural?

Last nights workout was INTENSE! Biceps and triceps I think will always be my 2 favorite muscle groups to train. I re-introduced crushers into my routine and it felt great. What you can do to really work those tri's when doing crushers is after you complete a set of them immediately following, throw in 10 reps of close grip tri pushers. This will work the absolute **** out of your tri's and you will feel a burn like no other!!! I keep my grip close when doing crushers so I don't need to switch the grip to do pushers..but I have seen people doing wide grip crushers before, so didn't want people to get confused. I got the day off with my wife today, so I think we're going to go see a movie, maybe The Hangover..heard it was really funny.

Looks like you have some effects put in on your bicep pose that really look awesome. You do that yourself in photoshop or you have some professional do them for you?
