Hardboiled eggs
So I've come to the conclusion that hard boiled is probably the healthiest way to eat eggs, as well as a very easy way to remove the yolks if you want to include extra egg whites.
Question is, what can I do with these to make them taste a bit better? Mayo would be an obvious choice but would definitely defeat the purpose of preparing them like this in the first place.

I eat 4 hard boiled eggs a day and i take out the yolk... I dont mind the taste so im fine with them plain. However, i have had them with salt/pepper, ketchup
I have never tried them with peanut butter like a lot of people above have recommended...but you can bet i am going to try it.

I knew someone who'd make egg salad all of the time without the mayo. I wish I had the recipe, because it was good as all hell. She might have made some kind of vinegar/itallian dressing type thing. I dunno, but I could imagine serving it along with anything now...
(Thanks for bringing it to mind, OP. I'm going to do some googling, ahah)

Eggs with the yolk contain complete proteins as well as very healthy fats, why would you replace them with something with less quality but around the same macros? Just doesn't make sense at all.

Fill them with some chives and chopped tiny pieces of tomatoes! Add some paprika and black pepper and drizzle some olive oil! You could add a little low fat cheese spread too.

I don't see how mayo would make them less healthy, more calories maybe....mayo after all is egg yolk and oil (I use olive oil) . Also just FYI hard boiled isn't the healthiest way to eat eggs......keeping the yolk uncooked would actually be healthier, just saying.
