I'm currently going through a phase of raw oats mixed into choc whey/PB sludge. Rather liking the time efficiency factor as well...

This sounds wonderful! It's pretty close to my fave weekend breakfast, except I cook my oats:
1/2 cup oats
1 tbsp nat. PB
1 scoop choc. whey
My fave "feels like a sweet treat" breakfast that I have occasionally:
Kashi blueberry waffle
Nat. PB
Drizzle of honey
Sliced banana
My M-F fave:
3/4 cup egg whites
1 slice Ezekial toast w/ spray butter
I also want to recommend THE best natural pb I've ever tasted (ingredients: peanuts) - it's called "Krema" and I find it at Meijer. Stir it the first time you open it, then store in the fridge - amazing flavor, consistency!

Whole grain english muffin and a scramble with 1 whole egg, 1/2 cup egg whites and green onion. I put in a pinch of mozzarella and usually top the muffin with egg before I just eat the rest of the eggs themselves.
When I'm craving sweets I either do PB in oats or PB in greek yogurt.

French Toast... More as a weekend treat...
I love having French Toast... I think I found this recipe in an Oxygen magazine. I usually have oatmeal every morning but on the weekend I love this as a treat!
French Toast with Banana Yogurt Syrup
Canola Oil Spray
7 Tablespoons of Egg Whites
1/3 Cup of Skim Milk
? Tsp Cinnamon
? Tsp Nutmeg
? Tsp Vanilla Extract
4 Slices of wholewheat bread
1. Spray a skillet with canola oil spray.
2. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together egg whites, milk cinnamon, nutmeg & vanilla. Dip bread in mixture on both sides
3. On medium-high heat, place bread on skillet and cook 2-3 minutes on each side or until done.
Banana Yoghurt Syrup
1 Cup of greek yoghurt (or plain vanilla low fat yoghurt)
1 Small ripe banana
2 tsp equal sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
In a blender or food processor combine all ingredients until creamy. Pour over French toast. Excellent with berries.
YUM!

1/2 c. greek yogurt
1 c. frozen berries
1 tbsp almond butter
frozen spinach
coffee
lots of ice
flavored stevia
yum...

Power Pancakes from the Eat Clean Cookbook. Oats, egg whites, flax, wheat germ, baking powder and cinnamon. It tastes like french toast!

1/3 cup LF CC
1/3 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup oats
4-5 egg whites (1 yolk)
1 TBSP baking powder
cinnamon, vanilla, flax seed
Blend and add bluberries
Make pancakes and top with PB and SF Syrup or just syrup.
My favorite weekend treat and my husband loves them too!
You can leave out the CC and still get the same consistency, but the pumpkin helps keep it moist!

Does microwaving protein powder break it down? I always thought it might be bad to do this, but I'm not sure...
