Check out my bodyspace, 165--->255 at my heaviest. It's going to take a long time but it's well worth it.

I like when these ecto threads pop up. There are so many who can't see the potential of thier bodies and to be honest I was the same way when I started lifting in highschool. I lifted with alot of faith that I would one day look like Arnold...still working on that one..lol. I graduated at 160lbs and 6'2".....It's a long road but with knowledge and dedication is doesn't have to take forever. I am currently 235 and preparing for my second show. Here is a pic from a week before my first show at 208. My bodyspace includes alot of progress pictures which show my transformation.

nice post, I thought I couldn't be muscular but I discovered I was wrong. I believe hard work and dedication is the key. I am 175lbs right and still getting bigger. I believe negativity is what really limits the muscle growth in taller persons. The journey to get bigger may be longer but it will be worth it.

When I started working out I could barely bench 135

6'2", 240 in the pics in my sig, though I'm 100% endo rather than ecto.
Currently sitting around 270, albeit somewhat sloppy until my next cut.
