most guys at his age can't dl 200 lbs. with two hands

I've seen a 15 year old deadlift 440 lbs. first time ever touching a weight
I've witnessed a begginer increase there total 350 lbs. the first month
I myself can show you men bench pressing 821 lbs. men deadlifting nearly 940 lbs. men squatting 1104 lbs.

Whats my post workout drink? half a bottle of Jack Daniels No. 7 sounds about right

hehe, funny thing is... i can deadlift 420 with two hands, but i almost can hold on to 220 with one hand... weird

There's a really old guy at my gym that deads around 600. I mean this guys gotta be 65-70. I'll try and get a picture next time I see him.

hehe, we also have one... his maxw, with a bit of training should still be like 500-550... he's 67... of course he was a weightlifter before

Also true, this guy's been around a while. And what's funny is he has pretty rough form too. Screwed up his back years ago so he does it kinda weird now. I'll be toting the ol' camera to the gym for the next few weeks and try and snap a photo.
