for recovery/volume. Storm is very effective, haven't tried clout. However the fruit punch flavor of storm was terrible, but as far as a quality product that will produce results storm is great just like all the other universal supps. Both contain beta alanine/creatines. storm is much cheaper than clout. storm = $30 for 80 servings. Clout= $40 for 50 servings.

True but storm does not have the right dose of beta alanine you need. Clout is by far the better profile. However depending on your budget you will need to decide.
From a value stand point nothing can beat storm.
From a better profile/product. Clout is in the top 3 for best creatine from most users.

Grape storm is alright.
I heard the new taste for clout is suppose to be good. THe old version was not good and even the reformulated one wasn't much better (chemical after taste). But i was told it taste like light kool aid now.

I am taking Intrabolic and Intra Xcell so I don't need any more beta alanine. Still undecided on Storm Vs Clout??

Go with a product that doesn't have beta-alanine if using our two products. Any creapure creatine product is recommended.

What do you recommend? I would take Pre Surge but don't want any Caffeine.

I would just buy some straight creapure creatine and dump 3g in with IntrAbolic or take it postWO!

Grape Storm is good however the new Blue Raspberry Storm is outrageous.
Storm is primarily a creatine product. There is some BA in there but not a full dose as it's meant to be stacked with other BA products.

Storm is the better deal price-wise but lots of people say Clout is amazing for strength gains. Both look solid.

That was the idea behind Storm. We wanted to make an effective yet cost effective product. It's a great formula especially considering the price and servings you get.

It says to take Storm twice a day. So that is 10 grams of Creatine right? I thought you only need 5 grams a day?

The new version is sooooo much better All I buy is clout 1 tub =25 days kind of $$$ but I know what I am getting and how much unlike other mixes. The new flavor is kind of like a very light sorta fizzy cherry flavor sorta like a medicated cherry flavor but not bad tasting very light easy to mix and overall hands down better taste and with its profile you cant beat it. Even when it tastes like crap I didnt care because IT WORKED PERIOD.

For most people 1 scoop is fine. If you are a bigger guy (225lbs +) then you may benefit from 2 scoops

For your situation i would get storm or creapure.
Clout is superior but it would be a bit much with the stack you have now.
