eating fats before bed??

is there a problem eating fats before bed? i love cottage cheese and almond butter before bed but am wondering if its good to eat 10-15g of fat before bed. any suggestions?

yup exactly what the guys above me said..i usually eat my cottage cheese and some fish oil pills b4 bed and it seems to be working great for me...keep up what your doing and hopefully it works for you ..its def not a bad thing tho

not at all!!....and plus, the fats will slows digestion, so your food is gonna stays longer in your stomach!...when i'm out of casein,i take one to 1 1/2 cup of cottage cheese and some almond butter and real almond! sooo yummy!

The only way it will be not good is of the inclusion of fats at that time ends up pushing you over your caloric goals for the day. Even then, it is simple enough to cut some calories earlier in the day if you like to have some pre-bed fat.
