i was in this same boat for a while... first thing is first when gaining size u have to eat eat AND eat... i cant sress that enough..
Now 1/8 isent much of a diff... u may have been more pumped the day u got 14.5... my arms will do stuff like that, they will go up and down.
but some really good mass gaining exiersizes are
smith machine calf raises
sitting calf raises
ur gunna want to put as much weight as possible so u are gettin 5-8 reps for every set u do of these... if u do em right ull shine bright!
