Calves just keep getting smaller....

i dont know thats going on, im working them fairly well. they have the most definition and protrude from my leg more than they ever have, but they went from 14.5 down to around 14.25 (left being 1/8" smaller than the right). i mean im fairly happy with their progress as far as looks go, but i want them to be bigger. do you guys have any exercises that will give them more size?

i was in this same boat for a while... first thing is first when gaining size u have to eat eat AND eat... i cant sress that enough..
Now 1/8 isent much of a diff... u may have been more pumped the day u got 14.5... my arms will do stuff like that, they will go up and down.
but some really good mass gaining exiersizes are

smith machine calf raises
sitting calf raises
ur gunna want to put as much weight as possible so u are gettin 5-8 reps for every set u do of these... if u do em right ull shine bright!

the exercise that worked to build up my calves

take a weight u can do 20x
do 20 reps
rest 5 secs
do as many reps as you can with good form and contractionpause of 2 sec at top
rest 5 secs
repeat till 75 reps

Next workout up the weight or move up to 80 reps.

I like doing this on the seated calf machine.

Try this and see how it goes, mine went from 14 inches to 16 inches in 2 months quite happy

thanks for the advice, i meant the difference between the left and right was 1/8, theyve went down around a quarter. but ill try it.

thanks, ill try this also. damn dude, 2 inches in 2 months! thats amazing for any muscle let alone calves.

i like to do some incline walking on a treadmill after working calves, you get a sick
burn, just crank up the incline and do a fast walk
