No current Supps, but plateaued and need help!
Hi I don't take supplements, haven't even been taking protein honestly. But over the last couple months my progress has really slowed and Im gonna take a chance on supplements. Any recommendations, Im looking for relatively cheap, and few side effects (meaning Supps. that are actually good for you in the long run)

good here.
No reason to get into complicated formulas.
ever tried caffeine to get a nice stim in your system before a work out?
N.O products are based off huge dosages of stimulants, so you can always go that route,
but the individual ingredients are cheaper, and more effective

No creatine! No straight caffine!
Creatine is not good, I will never use it again. From my experience, all gains were completely temporary. After I stopped taking creatine I lost all extra strength and size that I had put on while on a creatine cycle. Also, gains while on a creatine cycle are "mushy", bloated, and undefined mass.
Caffine can be bad because it can act as a vasoconstrictor and actually constrict your veins and arteries, which is obviously bad.
NO products (NaNo Vapor, NO Explode, White Flood, SP250), tons of protein (ON's 100% Whey is my favorite), BCAA's, Multivitamins, and a CLEAN DIET. This is what I would recommend to boost your gains. Before jumping into any serious un-natural boosting products, make sure you optimize your current NATURAL levels first, which usually can produce the best lean muscle right off the bat.
((((((((((((***N.O. products usually have a small dose of creatine. Just enough to aid in nutrient delivery and small strength/endurance gains.)))))))))))))

Creatine Monohydrate.
BCAAs/EAAs mix.
Multivitamin.
Fish Oil.
All can be had for extremely cheap, and are among the few staples that are guaranteed to work.

FAIL.
All of the NO supplements that you recommended have caffeine, which in your words "Caffine can be bad because it can act as a vasoconstrictor and actually constrict your veins and arteries, which is obviously bad."
Use creatine, it'll help you. Caffeine is fine, the pro's out way the con's IMO. GL!

Yea, NO products have some caffeine...and as i already said they also usually have a little creatine. But both are at carefully measured out levels.....
I guess i should have been clearer... taking excessive amounts of caffine can be bad. Also, taking caffine just for caffine can be bad. Meaning don't think you can just drink a soda, energy drink, or coffee before a workout.
Ill be more clear next time.

still wrong.
N.O products have tons of caffeine and other stims.
they aren't carefully measured at all. they are just loaded in there.
having an energy drink, coffee or any other stim alone is much less than what you get out of N.O products. a caffeine pill is 200mg. N.O products are just some high undisclosed dose.
People use EC/A stacks for years, and they keep safe.
