Legs...need help!
So, i need your help my bb.comers,
despite dropping inches and losing weight from my legs, i still have cellulite. I want to reduce my thigh fat more and get some tone, so they would be less jiggly? Suggestions?
Looking for that mel b., serena williams, leg tone. Tips?

It's a matter of dropping more body fat which comes down to how strict you are with diet. Other than that heavy weight training when it comes to legs...gets you the best results.
Squats (all types)
Leg ext
Leg press
Walking lunges BB & DB
Deadlifts
Step ups BB & DB
Cable pull throughs
Sprints, uphill sprints, running stairs, bleachers, etc...
I'm sure others will jump in.

Build some muscle. Cellulite is just fat cells, and having muscles will reduce that appearance

Step-mill girlfriend, StepMill kicks ass, slow and steady, squeeze the glutes for 2 minutes, rest for 5, and continue for 30 minutes.
I know that a lot of competitors do crazy Stepmill workouts during contest prep, it works the legs and glutes!!
