Ab routine is nothing fancy:
3 sets of full Dragon Flags
3 sets cable PB ball crunches
3 sets of weighted incline situps
sometimes I'll throw some pilates in for stability.....

check out the pic on the bottom....thats how I do them with my knees slightly bent through the entire motion (keeping the form is what makes it hard) a reverse crunch is very easy, not locking your legs and forcing them to maintain a less then 90 degree bend or a 180 degree lock out is really what makes your abs actually do something...otherwise its mostly hip flexors...
Also make sure you keep you keep the top of your torso up and your head looking down towards your feet otherwise you'll take a significant amount of strain off your abs...

Hey dvv always looking good. HMM Dragon flags I do those everyday too, thank you Bruce Lee. I am going to try and hit 5% bf by the summer. I got some sick cutting plans at hand. I am almost finished with my greenbulge/ebol. LOL Hey bro do you still do your 1hour of hitt each night. I thinking about hitting the treadmill tonight. Anyway take it easy.

I totally dropped cardio since finishing lacrosse...I havn't done any form in about a year now....
I'm going to start light walking a few times a week after some of my workouts in about a week, but I really just eat healthy on a regular basis and avoid heavy cheating (no cheat days)....

Hey, I'll admit my diet is what keeps me from getting ripped. Bread is my downfall.
So dvv, did your parents raise you on healthy foods or did you change your eating habits when you got serious about working out?
Just curious to know how someone gets disciplined enough to never have a cheat day. That's impressive. (Although seeing those abs in the mirror every morning would be pretty motivating to not cheat. lol)

nice abs.. you can tell you're at a very low bf by your vasculature. But, how come you can't see the 6-pack completely yet. Your bf% seems low enough. Judging from your other pics, you definitely have one. How low do YOU have to go for it to be defined well? Normally, most people seem to have it at your bf%.

I got my parents eating healthy now....when I was little I ate the worst foods then even worse all through highschool (tacobell + wendys 24/7)
Freshman year in college I started lifting and thats what got me eating alot healthier....It wasn't till Junior year in college I really nailed down a diet and stuck to it...
In terms of a cheat day its suicide I used to do them but I could kinda get away with it because I was so active but I feel it really negated my strength and overall look....Once you figure out a diet you can stick to not cheating really isn't that hard....Every now and then I'll have a burger or something w/friends or family but its spur of the moment I never make a cheat a reward...

MUCH Respect, man. To make that kind of commitment on your own at 18 or 19 yrs old is really impressive.
lol. I like where you said that YOU have your parents eating healthy now. When I go visit my Dad, he doesn't have to twist my arm very hard to go out and eat fried seafood.
Guess that's why you look like you do and I have this little roll hanging over my belt. lol.

Very impressive man...just curious...are you naturally pretty lean or do you like to clean bulk all year for better self-esteem lol (I know that'll probably be my route.) Just wondering since your comp. is in July and with the muscle you have you could drop to 4% relatively quick...
